The KANE Smile Alert app is a simple app that KANE customers will download to their smartphones. When a KANE associate does a great job and brings a smile to a customer’s face, that customer simply pulls up the app on their phone and clicks the “Smile Alert” button. They are then prompted to send a brief message to KANE about the associate and what he/she did.
